I think in moderation, yes, with other probiotics foods incorporated to be healthy. If you're making it at home, the store bought ones, I'm not not super sold on. We also get prebiotics from things like anything in that alley-on family. But if you're kind of being really intentional and strategic about it, you can certainly incorporate a lot of those in there.
