I think that prep work can go a long way to kind of enhance your performance as well as just be an orthopedic benefit. And the feedback that I've gotten has been very, very consistently, man, I feel so much better. So that's one really big aspect. You know, I believe every coach there does coach on a weekly basis. We do like a very in-depth video analysis of all of the lifting that the lifting videos or athletes submit.
