I think we oversell the internal external a bit sometimes like they can never refer to the person's body. And so going back to that example of bending the knees, having them bend the knees, you feel like that's just more of a direct approach than hemming and hying. You're not necessarily telling them because they need to look like that. So it's kind of a different, just a different way to use it, I think.
