I think one of the reasons that I've resonated with a lot of content you produce and create is that I use our bodies and our experiences, this self-experimentation, define what works. We're constantly surrounded and exposed to a lot of information. A lot of these are extremes. Some are not extremes. And by always being able to be your own end of one, be your own experimentation, be willing to test on yourself, you can be open to change.
