In-house departments are here to stay and we've got to find a way to work together. The big Fortune 5000 client that doesn't have any in-house department at all really need you. You almost need to be a bigger firm or one of eight if you're going to speak at those board level sort of conferences. And there's a future for you with all of these, but you sort of have to play the game a little bit differently.
