We get bored with habits because they stop delighting us. As our habits become ordinary, we start derailing our progress to seek novelty. If you expose yourself to new routines, new habits, new exercise stressers, new games, et cetera, keep doing new shit and you will be a person that can learn more in general, for the rest of your life. That's exciting. I think there's even more to discuss on this, and we'll probly have it for some shows, cause there's a lot, a lot more stuff to even dive into. But i do think that if you just pay attention, you just open your eyes on your drive home from work
