Liam: I was going to say, we have so many customer support leaders from all kinds of industries who watch and listen to this show. And I was wondering if you think there are any lessons from customer service in healthcare that folks in other industries would find useful. LZ: To me, healthcare is the hardest one to make people feel good and feel satisfied. But yeah, I do believe because we're talking about some of the most serious situations that everybody can glean a little bit from the ideas that the C-suite leaders gave us.
