Getting a Little More Intentional With Mobility Workouts

Like running where there is a powerweight ratio which you know it's going to be different from person to person. Certain muscles are going to have a little more bang for their buck in the sense that like they're small muscles but if you can get them very strong they can be very helpful. I've been doing a little bit more of that with just like like range emotion and mobility and things like my ankles and my hips and stuff like that as focus points.
