How to Speed Up Your Power Hours

I'll actually go three by 10 minute tempos with 90 seconds in between. I think sometimes the power hours can be challenging to execute. We actually get competitive in our family. Like my athletes versus your athletes, no one I perhaps we shouldn't talk about this. But it is quite fun. It's like a basketball team wins one more game when I'm designing the pick and roll.
