How to Scale Up a Startup

I've done four successful startups and I don't want to do a startup ever again. So my attention last year when we were in the throngs of throws of COVID was I could see an opportunity to help do turnarounds on businesses that were particularly suffering hard from lockdowns. For me, that gets my juices flowing because it's something I've never done before. And there is a great deal of satisfaction when we get, we can see it being a 5, 10 million turnover business within the next five years with a plan to achieve it. Going on that journey and doing a turnaround or a used to be called business recovery, I think it's now called business renaissance. Market
