The Importance of Slow Digesting Proteins

The old theory that if we don't eat or don't drink casein protein before we go to bed that we're all gonna shrivel up and lose all of our muscles as our head hits the pillow just not true is it. I think a healthy bit of skepticism for a lot of not the protein research itself but the sorts of inferences people often draw from from protein research. If you get a larger increase in muscle protein synthesis that will necessarily mean more more muscle hypertrophy over time like that's sort of like the the logical chain there.
