The Importance of Ramen Noodles

I absolutely love ramen. My official answer here is because I prefer them to the flash fried. It's healthier. Aside from it, I just think they taste so much better and they make for a better ramen experience. And another dish that like a lot of the influences have come from Vietnamese Americans and then pass back to Vietnam. Ramen has literally traveled the world because of instant noodles.
