Josh: How do you introduce a constraint, let approach into an environment where there might be resistance to such a thing? There's a lot of ditionalism in terms of the way people teach in arsport here. People oftenthey haven't really put a lot of thought into the way that they teach or structure class. They just do it by copying what their instructor did. So i always find if you can get people to like, try one kind of a tried in true willing, like small sided games, and sawker changing the spaces, dependingon o how much variability is needed.
