When i was working in spaces that were an affinity base, like the emotional labor on people of color, and that space was just giant. And when white frigility came out, it was just such a stamp to me,. The way that she outlines the patterns that we see in way the defensiveness and powerlessness comes up when we talk to white people about race. It's like, amazing is but it's so predictable.
