How to Use Positive Positivity in a Productive Way

The author of this book says not all positivity is bad and that when used correctly, it can lead to a richer social life. But then she never bothers to tell us, how do we do this kind of healthy positivity? How are we to use this positivity in a productive way? Instead, she just says, don't be toxically positive. And I have no shame about it. No. Even though there are a couple of good points in this book, I did not love it. Maybe for someone suffering from toxic positivity though, it will work.
