Is There a Critical Transition in a Complex Adaptive System?
Fisher: I thought that you might talk about system risk. And i guess my hunch was because on your web site, len fisher science dot com, you describe systemic risk. So for a listener's maybe you could define systemic risk and how it's relevant to day well, ye, that's a greatfo question. Temic risk is, quite simply, the risk that a critical transition will occur in a complex adaptive system as a whole.
