Is It Easy to Anchor 100%?

I was almost as easy to anchor 100% but it's not because 100% means it was a grinder you couldn't have done anymore. So very few people actually, even the competitive max of 100% we can go back and say, was it? Because if you left 20 pounds on the platform, it truly was not your 100%. You know, so there's some fuckery there too. We're always in this, this, I call like a bubble of specificity. And then when they say rack, that's a comp lift, yeah, in true specificity. A double there's no that's not a comp lift,. But there's not even one, right?
