The Importance of Massage in Running

Marius: Some of the most interesting work I've ever seen on this was done in part by Marius back in, who was the world class Norwegian 5K runner. And there was some interesting research where he's essentially said like, you know, massage changes the tension in the muscle. So it's really important because at the highest level, you're beating the crap out of your body and you need something to bring it out of that so that you are in a better spot.
