Being the Best Coach Is Not Being a Leader
Coaching coaching is not being a leader it's equally much Christian and Gustav the leaders. Being open about this can be a little bit frightening both for yourself and for athletes in the beginning but when they see that you are always looking how to improve. After Kona my biggest fear over and of course it might be a blown up fear, luckily I'm always or I get the positive feel the positive feedback afterwards.
