How to Avoid Overwhelm

Relaxation is away harder when we're feeling overwhelmed, because it can be hard to stop thinking about the things that we feel overwhelmed by. So usually, although not always, the source of overwhelm is work. And if i feel like i have a work day and i just feel 've weig too much to do, that undercuts the enjoyment i'm going to get from anything  and now i'm not drowning quite as much. One of the keys to relax productivity is feeling on top of life, including ontop being on top of one's work, rather than feeling overwhelmed by it. To time block work, to choose projects carefully and to scope projects carefully.
