i always look at the opposite of it. You tell a joke, no one laughs. You sell a product, no one buys. The feeling that follows that is usually one of insignificance. My mission has always been to get those skills into the hands of people that are good but maybe ive never been taught how to communicate. And so i can tell you, we've got hundreds of stories.
