The Importance of Integrating the Lower Body With the Body
I think there's a difference between wanting to make someone more well rounded durable athlete without making a trade off in their performance and over optimizing something that you shouldn't be optimizing. When I started, you know, involving the people I was working with in my thought process, it was a they understood things a lot better and they were actually able to give me better feedback when they were doing things. The only query, where it's just getting people more involved, being very open from the beginning that I don't have all the answers. Every single person's body is different. And we're going to kind of fuck around and find out. We're going to see what happens in a respectful way
