The flu vaccine is kind of like a little bit of a joke, right? Like if you're willing to sleep well, eat healthy, other stuff, and even then still, I think the statistics are it only works like 50% of the time. And independent of whether we're talking about vaccines or not, hands down, no matter what, completely not controversial, you are going to do better from an immune point of view if you're owing all those things. Get sleep, avoid ultra process foods, move, those are the basics, have community. Mindfulness, gratitude, totally amazing. All right, let's go.
