I think boundaries, you know, reading your book, it always goes back to the kindest option. You're doing it with kindness because it's the best for you. I think a lot of people pleasers probably felt like they in childhood in some way had to mold. Do you think often a lot of it is also set in the home in childhood? Your parents' stress levels or the dynamic will have such a huge impact on how you grow up in the world and how you believe you fit into it.
