i was listening to lot, like, stoicism while we were going through a lawsuit. And it was like, oh, b you know, this is ok. This is an opportunity to grow and learn. So i think that was pretty big, because for me, i just have a lot of joint laxity,. Yet, the big take away from f r c for me was closing the gap between your active range of motion and your passive range of motion. For someone who's hyper mobile, that gap is pretty big.
