It should reflect on BMO that they have a guy there who wasn't doing a good job for you. I think the big lesson here is to not put your eggs into one basket in terms of any aspect of the deal. And the financing is so critical that if it's possible sort of diversify the risk and pursue multiple auctions in case one does fall through.Yeah. Well, but the people are, you know, all the businesses is comprised of people as we hear time and again in our world of small businesses. Yeah.
