Meat doesn't cause gout. Eating meat, eating organs, eating fruit will not raise your uric acid if you are insulin sensitive. If you have a history of gout, be aware and maybe you can't eat as much of those things until you get insulin sensitive. Changing your diet can improve your insulin sensitivity in a matter of weeks.
