How Do You Build Relationships With Your Audience?

Do your audience tell you what they want, or how do you figure out some of the stuff to provide? I mean, definitely they the audience is they give you feedback, rightte they'll tell you. Sometimes i'll just ask on facebook, you know, what dr you guy struggling with or what? What is it that you want to learn? If you open yourself up and provide a means for people to communicate with you, they'll eventually reach out to you and tell you exactly what their problems are.
