There are companies out there that are paying sane amount of money for poles. For every good candidate, the competition to get them to join repre is much stiffer than i've seen anywhere before. And i think you're gong to see that that trend continued. You could have great talent remotely and le are willing to leave for great culture, great benefits, great payand people's expectations have raised.
