Drink zero alcohol for 75 days. Choose a diet that is going to be alined with your personal goals of your bo and stick to it. Drink one gallon of water every day. Commit to two forty five minute workouts, and one of them has to be outdoors. Cannot go from one workout indoors to the workout outdoors. They are separated. The reason they are separated is because it's supposed to be inconvenient. You're supposed to make it harder. So you have rid your mind of the idea of making everything easier for yourself - which we as humans have a tendency to do.
