What Are the Three Components of Burnout?

Burnout is when you separate yourself emotionally from your work, instead of investing yourself and feeling like it's meaningful. For men, burn out tends to manifest as a depersonalization in particular. And for women, burn out manifests as emotional exhaustion. Any one can experience burn out, but your specific way of experiencing it is probably going to be different depending on who you are.
