Most temptations are situational, but there are some that are more of a temptation. You might be tempted to skip the run because your friend invites you to have lunch or something and if that's the case, try to make sure you go for the run before that becomes an option. Another good example is er if you're trying to eat better - i would intentionally not bring my wallet to campus when i was going to be on campus for a long day. So think about temptations that you might run into in the process of doing something that would prevent you from doing what you actually wanted.
