Are You Making a Habit?
All humans are made up of habits, and heavily rely on them. The part of our brain that manages habits doesn't distinguish between what is helpful and harmful. We have to recognize about thinking about something a lot over an extended period of time is that it's impossible to keep doing that without creating a habit.
