The Benefits of Hypertrophy Training

I was just doing strength training pretty much at the time and had an injury. Couldn't really train the strength moves like I wanted to. So I kind of discovered the benefits of hypertrophy training during that time because I wanted to do something. We almost eight years, five cross vid workouts per week. But then also with ourselves personally and with a lot of our clients, we put it on a lot more hypertrophy based training.
