Drug Mortgages - How to Spread the Payments Over 30 Years

In most cases the payer isn't the patient, but an insurance provider acting on their behalf. So why not create a kind of a drug mortgage that will allow us to spread the payments over a number of years? The problem with these drug mortgages is that if you leave that health plan to go to another one, then you're not paying that health plan premiums as a healthy individual. And so there has to be a better way to be able to make these more affordable.
