Access Doesn't Mean Having the Resume

Many of these large companies now have in-house capabilities and built capacity because they can't hire enough designers to sustain their vision as a company. A certain company mostly focuses on the senior level. And so when companies come to us, maybe there's a new CEO,. There's a new mandate, there's anew vision, there's some new initiative that typically is happening... They need reach and they need access. Like we play a role in helping to think about their org structure. We give them an outside perspective.
