In many ways, I guess I'm a cautionary tell. What was the risk in telling your investment banker that you wanted all those terms? Did you risk anything in laying it out for them before you went to market? Understand that when I was doing this, I had no idea what I was doing. So in hindsight, I look back at that now and say, Greg, you were foolish. But if you look at it now, it worked out for me pretty well.
