Iso-Alpha Acid Concentration in the Final War?
In the pilot scale brews, we had like 116 grams of hop pellets. And then for the spent dry hops, we had 490 grams. The iso-alpha acids in the final war ended up being about 44 and 60 parts per million. That's probably just because of the amount of alpha acid that was added by the hop material.
