Why Caffing Is Not So Good for Anxiety
For most people, it will increase your anxiety. The amount of that caffine is does matter. I personally learned that i enjoy more de cough, because then i'm awake, alert. Then green tea as a powder, as a supplimant, or as a drink can be also a great solution. And then i drink my dcaf.
