The Body Is Very Adaptable

The body is very adaptable like we talked about last time as well whether it's with heat acclimation or altitude same with calorie intake. If you are doing too much then the body will say just like a prediction and not that. You want to be at that point when it comes to intake of food  when it comes to everything. That's something that it's hard to find but once you find it I think it's when you can make adaptations. It also involves during a season like probably at the bigger of the season like you are able to to put more efforts and to recover better at the end of the season.
