The Importance of Gym Training for Athletes

I haven't been in the gym that much this year but last year I was in there a lot and it's really just I've been on the road a lot this year and it's been really hard to figure out how to work it in. If I had been doing it consistently then I would still be trying to do a little bit of maintenance like every like one lift every seven to ten days or so, which is what I prescribed to my athletes who are kind of on that schedule. "My best training is on my own do you always think that my best training is  on my own" he says.
