The biggest problem there is an injury risk in my view, rather the biggest risk is how do they act? How can they train that thing? Because it changes every rep. So we need to improve techniques so that they can train a little bit more consistently and actually apply stress to the desired tissues. But really focusing on minutia outside of performance sort of improvements, I think is actually a misstep.
