Bob Greene grew up in Belfast, went to Queen's University and trained as an engineer. He spent a year in England studying Operationist Research but didn't feel totally at home there. When he returned to the U.S., he studied economics with McKinsey while working on a summer job in Düsseldorf. In his new book "The Power of Now," Greene explains how this transformation happened for him.
