I think one thing we are missing is that the debate has gone too far on the type of exercise we should do. One thing we've missed is it has to be specific to the tendon. Once you are sure that load is in the tendon, then we can progress. That's why I'm really interested in the feedback of the athlete. If they don't feel in the tendon with the most specific rehab exercises, then we have to find a way to really load the tendon. And I think anyone who had a tendon pain, you really know when the loading the tendon is where you feel the pain when you jump or when you run and something like that.
