If you are taking high doses of something that you know you will build a tolerance for, then maybe cycling is necessary. However, i never recommend to push the limits like that. I am always a proponent of morea balanced, long term approach. Overtime, you will reach those gulls that you want. Usually when we try and reach them in a couple days, in a week, maybe two weeks, we may be pushing the limits a little bit too hard. It's better to just take five grams of creating every single day for the rest of your life.
