We used to just write down what we are doing every day o a white board. We had an agreement most weeks on what was the main feature we were riting to intercom that week. And i think for early stage start ups, i always worry when i see them being kind of quite over processed or overspecked. I think there's a lot of value in being able till i turn on a sixpence and do the thing.
