Kindness and Awareness - It's Never One Shot

The woman was a wonderful mother of three and founder of a progressive school. She had probably never, once in her life treated any child so harshly. So children and criminals don't unfold in flower because of punishment, cause of harsh judgment,. Neither do we. You know how the dale lama put it? My religion is kindness. And we can't separate kindness from awareness. There's a natural responsive warmth to awareness when we're really awake. The more kindly are, the more we rest in that awareness. Does that make sense? This movement of offering kindness and opening into that awareness and from that awareness offering it out. It's never one shot. It's over and over again
