I'm exhausted, so I'm constantly at the end of my threshold. Whereas you sat up there on the podium has this really cushy lifestyle where you live in your ashram and it's very easy for you to sustain kindness. See how easy that kindness is to sustain if you will also burn out and exhausted. It's easier to sustain that quality of kindness or decency when you've got lots of energy but of course as you train martial arts, that threshold for energy goes up. So what happens is your threshold for tiredness goes down and then the rest of life becomes less tiring so it doesn't affect you quite in the same way. Your energy levels are higher, your toughness
