How Do I Get Back to Working Out?
For about the past year and a half, i started a working out system. I went from being 200 pounds of just total belly to 100 70 pounds. It wasn't anything that happened overnight. This was a gradual, slow build. And once it happened, and i hurt my arm,. A little bit. So i stopped working out for about two months or so. "I'm cool with myself.
