I think we need to get away from the idea that everyone thinks that their thing is super urgent they need to be called straight away all of our research suggests people are very understanding. If you're sitting in a vacuum with no information you don't know whether are they dealing with more urgent cases or is my call been lost right. I also think as you lean into this more it can also help so being given some follow-up information every so often okay so now the call window is four hours because we've had a stack of really urgent things that have come in do like. Being able to then say whether you think your condition is getting better or worse allows and feeding that indigidually
